BIG TIPS.........

Another common question we get a lot here at TLR Coatings is, "can you powder coat my exhaust tip?" The answer to this question is a big fat YESSSSS!!!!. Exhaust tips are one of the only parts of the exhaust system that can actually be powder coated without it chipping off due to the heat of exhaust. Headers, down pipes, and mufflers all have to be ceramic coated due to the excessive heat of automotive exhaust, but the tips are just fine with any color powder coat you could want. Even big tips from diesel trucks, as shown in the picture, can be coated without worry of the powder chipping or flaking off. So if you are looking to add a bit of style to your car or truck but dont have a big budget consider coating your tip.
